Hi, I'm new to this site.  I typically windsurf in Rhode Island and Connecticut, but my son and I are in West Palm Beach for 2 weeks with our gear and were hoping to find a good launching site in the intracoastal waters.  I found the posts on Stuart Causeway very helpful; are there any other sites closer to West Palm Beach?

I have heard of people windsurfing from a park on North Flagler Dr, its about a 1/4 mile north of Palm Beach lakes blvd. I have windsurfed on Lake Mangonia off of Australian Ave. Its good when the wind blows from the South. However, keep an eye on your car. I think for the most part the intracoastal is two narrow in Palm beach county. I have wondered if the area around Peanut Island  and the inlet would be any good, its just south of the Blue Heron bridge.
